Isabella Lock BA (Hons), BSc Psych (Hons), MBACP, GMBPsS
I am a qualified counsellor, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, and comply with the ethical framework of the counselling profession, I am fully insured. I am qualified in online and telephone counselling, and offer sessions by zoom or phone.
I originally trained in art, which has given me the ability to work intuitively and creatively. A deep interest in the human psyche led me to take a degree in Psychology with Counselling, and then on to an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling. More recent training has been in the long-term impact of boarding on individuals, as well as foundation training in PTSD and complex trauma. Alongside my private practice I continue to make my own artwork, and work with two charities supporting adults with their emotional health and well-being, one supplies low-cost counselling, and the other is a national crisis helpline.
